Privacy policy
In short: we store what you need to use UX Kritik, we never sell it, we send screenshots to our AI provider only to run the analysis you asked for, and you can export or delete everything yourself from your account page.

Who processes data for us
- Hostinger — web hosting and email.
- Groq — AI inference. Screenshots and text you submit are sent to Groq to generate your result. Groq states it does not use API data to train models.
- Gumroad — payments and subscription management. We never see your card details.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) — deliver fonts and the PDF library; your browser shares its IP address with them when loading these files.
Where providers are outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or your account. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Password-reset links expire after 60 minutes.
Your rights
You can access, export (Account → Export my data), correct, or delete (Account → Delete account) your data at any time, object to processing, and complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
Don't upload what you shouldn't
Please blur personal data of other people (names, emails, health or financial details) in screenshots before uploading, and only upload interfaces you are allowed to share.
Terms of use
- The service. UX Kritik provides AI-generated usability feedback, accessibility audits, A/B testing and related tools. AI output can be wrong: treat it as expert advice to verify, not a guarantee. A WCAG audit from a screenshot is not a legal conformance certificate.
- Accounts. You must be at least 16, give accurate details and keep your password safe. One person per account.
- Free plan. Includes 20 AI runs plus the free tools. Limits may change with notice.
- Pro. €5,99 per month, billed by Gumroad, renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Gumroad; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Gumroad's policy and your statutory rights. A license is for one account and must not be shared.
- Fair use. No automated scraping, reselling access, attempts to break security, or uploading illegal, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
- Your content. You keep all rights to what you upload and to your results. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
- A/B tests. You are responsible for the designs you show to participants and for how you share test links.
- Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing limits rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
- Changes. We'll announce material changes in the app or by email. Portuguese law applies.
Cookie policy
We use one strictly necessary cookie, uxk_sess, to keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery. Because it is essential, it does not require consent. Your browser's local storage keeps small preferences (theme, colours in the contrast checker, active project). We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
